Focus on landing spring weeks, summer internships and off cycles every time there’s an opportunity to do so. Each experience building on top of each other

I did over 6 internships during my university starting with accounting → investment banking → private equity

Having a solid CV / Resume with work experience will help you land more interviews with less networking, even if you go to a non-target like me
